Job summary

MPI is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily projects in the Carolinas, overseeing sitework through turnover and coordinating field operations, schedules, quality, and safety. Travel across North Carolina and South Carolina is required to support multiple projects in a growing Carolinas operation.

• Proven experience leading ground-up, wood-framed multifamily projects.
• Experience on apartment communities valued between $40M and $80M.
• Ability to manage projects from early sitework through completion.

• Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
• Stable employment history with demonstrated project success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years with recent employers.
• Experience delivering Class A garden-style multifamily communities.
• Background working for established multifamily general contractors or developer-builders.
