Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Service Technician to support Redstone at SanTan Village in Gilbert, AZ. You’ll perform maintenance repairs, upkeep the community, and deliver five-star service that makes residents feel at home.

Responsibilities include HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, electrical, pool care, and minor carpentry. EPA certification or willingness to obtain is required. Base pay is $22–$23/hour with a $3/hour on-call incentive and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Technician in multifamily housing is preferred.
• HVAC troubleshooting is required and knowledge of building systems is expected.
• Must have or be willing to obtain EPA certification upon hire.
• Strong service orientation and basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in make-ready tasks and maintain adequate supply of units.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Conduct minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and report to Facilities Manager.
• Share on-call duties and respond in uniform when needed.
• Assist in inventory management of parts and cleaning supplies.
