Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Service Technician to support our Chandler & Tempe communities. You will handle maintenance repairs, assist in make-ready units, and help keep the properties running smoothly with five-star service.

Base pay starts at $22.00/hr with an on-call incentive of $3.00/hr; certifications (EPA, CPO, OSHA) may add extra pay. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are highlighted in the job listing.

Qualifications

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape maintenance, appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
• Knowledge of building systems.
• Basic English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and ensure adequate supply of units.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, and drywall issues.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Complete minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and report to Manager of Facilities and Service.
