Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Tacoma, WA is hiring a Service Technician to deliver excellent resident service while performing repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and more. You’ll handle work orders, inspect buildings for safety, and help ensure a quality living experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in property maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication. CPO certification is desirable; a collaborative, go‑to problem solver attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property or building trades.
• CPO Certification is desirable/required depending on property.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exteriors, and appliances.
• Ensure work orders are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness and report issues to managers.
