Job summary

LSA Management seeks an experienced Multifamily Service Manager to lead maintenance operations, supervise service teams, oversee preventive maintenance programs, ensure resident satisfaction, and manage property assets across apartment communities.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive multifamily maintenance experience, and a track record of managing budgets, vendors, and capital projects while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA Certification (Universal preferred).
• Valid driver's license is required.
• 5+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff across apartment communities.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Ensure timely work order completion.
• Support capital projects and property improvements.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in resident retention initiatives.
