Apartment Management Professionals (AMP) is seeking an experienced Regional Director in Austin, TX to lead onsite teams and drive profitability across assigned communities. You will develop marketing strategies, optimize occupancy and rents, manage budgets, and mentor multiple property teams while partnering with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or real estate is a plus.
• Market knowledge of Central Texas real estate trends.
• 5+ years as Regional/Director.
• 10+ years in property management.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems (Yardi a plus).

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability of assigned properties and occupancy goals.
• Develop marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and rental rate goals.
• Control expenses and manage budgets.
• Mentor onsite teams and peers.
• Present monthly financial and performance reports to owners and investors.
• Assist in acquisitions with analyses and staffing plans.
• Collaborate with Director of Property Management and COO on regional strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.
