Job summary

AMP is seeking a Community Director in Austin, TX to oversee daily operations, financial performance, leasing, and on-site team leadership at a residential community. You will ensure compliance with fair housing, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional customer service to residents.

The role requires at least three years of property management experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while promoting a positive community

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of property management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure financial guideline adherence.
• Enforce policies and ensure Fair Housing and ADA compliance.
• Manage leasing, rent collection, and eviction processes as required by law.
• Lead on-site staff, onboarding, performance reviews, and training.
• Develop and manage operational budgets with Regional Director.
• Maintain accurate lease files and prepare regular reports.
