Apartment Management Professionals (AMP) in Austin is seeking an experienced Community Director to lead the community’s daily operations, financial performance, leasing activity, and resident satisfaction across our Austin communities.

You will coach onsite teams, partner with HR and Regional Leadership, ensure Fair Housing compliance, manage budgets, and drive occupancy while upholding AMP's high standards of service and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience leading onsite teams.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Yardi experience is a plus.

• Lead day-to-day operations of the community.
• Drive occupancy, resident retention, and financial performance.
• Recruit, coach, and develop onsite team.
• Partner with HR and Regional Leadership on staffing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resident experience.
• Oversee leasing operations and Fair Housing compliance.
• Manage rent collections and evictions per policy.
• Prepare operating budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Maintain lease files and operational records.
• Build relationships with vendors and partners.
• Ensure community safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate regularly with Regional Leadership.
