Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a Multifamily community in Las Vegas, NV. You will support the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and reporting.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, team leadership, and adherence to company policies to maximize occupancy and revenue. On-site responsibilities require effective communication and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational school required.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and leasing activities.
• Assist with providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and renewals.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track and evaluate advertising and client traffic.
• Assist the team by maintaining Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures on-site.
• Maintain on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching.
• Maintain residents' files in accordance with company standards.
• Foster a positive living environment through prompt conflict resolution and follow-up.
• Manage the community budget and finances; work with leasing staff to meet goals.
