The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive multifamily property management, strong leadership, and a proven track record in budgeting, leasing, and resident relations. This role emphasizes operational excellence and superior service to residents and ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience.
• Experience managing operations, budgets, financial reporting, leasing, and resident relations.
• Strong understanding of multifamily KPIs including occupancy, NOI, rent growth, and expense management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop onsite teams.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and applicable laws.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the assigned multifamily community.
• Develop, manage, and achieve annual operating budgets and financial goals.
• Monitor monthly financial performance, variances, collections, expenses, and trends.
• Lead onsite team through coaching, performance reviews, and training.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Maintain high property standards and deliver exceptional resident service.
