Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC in Norcross, GA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities. You will manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while maximizing revenue and ensuring exceptional service.

You will lead a team of leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and administrative personnel, coordinate work orders and move-ins, and ensure compliance with company standards. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Previous property management experience in multifamily housing is highly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and maintain competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate a dedicated team of staff.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely completion of work orders and move-ins.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms and maximize retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain records of financial transactions and prepare budgets.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
