Qualifications

• Five years of experience in multifamily real estate.
• Knowledge of budgets and financial statements.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to leverage computer software to solve financial and operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property team to drive property success and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, marketing and staffing plans.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff performance; motivate the team.
• Maintain professional resident communications via newsletters and media.
• Engage in marketing, promotions and social/content initiatives.
