Qualifications

• Five years of experience in multifamily real estate.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting understanding.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property management team to drive property success.
• Develop and mentor team members to meet goals.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, marketing, staffing and capital plans.
• Drive financial performance and interpret financial statements and reports.
• Recruit, train, supervise and assess staff performance.
• Maintain professional resident communications via newsletters and media.
• Engage in promotional and social/content marketing activities.
