We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead their team, drive operations, and ensure the community runs smoothly. The role includes supervising staff, budgeting, and maintaining resident satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with CAM and property software (YARDI, E Site) preferred.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating property staff.
• Manage community revenue and expenses to meet budget.
• Maintain resident records and handling rents, deposits, fees, and AP.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for staff and residents.
• Complete building inspections and ensure property standards.
• Follow up on service requests with maintenance and complete tasks.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address concerns with resolution.
• Perform reporting and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
