Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to run a multi-family community smoothly. The role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets and financials, and maintaining resident relations.

RAM offers competitive compensation with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants should have prior property management experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; industry software experience (YARDI, E Site) is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Previous Property Manager experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Lease-up experience preferred.
• Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff.
• Manage the community’s revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met.
• Maintain accurate resident records, post all rent, deposits, and fees, and handle all A/P functions.
• Follow all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents.
• Complete building inspections and ensure property standards are met.
• Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure completion.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions.
• Perform reporting and administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
