Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff.
• Manage community revenue and expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Maintain accurate resident records including rent and fees.
• Complete building inspections to ensure property standards.
• Follow up on service requests to ensure completion.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing concerns.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site)

Legal authorization to work in the United States

Education
