Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Real Estate license preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• Proven leadership of on-site teams and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth community operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, and lease administration.
• Provide superior resident service and drive leasing/renewals.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate with leasing teams.
