Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure service excellence for residents, and maintain records in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Real Estate license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost renewals and profitability.
• Track advertising and client traffic to optimize marketing.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing on-site team including leasing, maintenance, and management staff.
• Analyze competition and develop marketing programs to drive revenue.
• Lead by example and align with Cushman & Wakefield's mission.
• Supervise on-site operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Interview, hire, and coach on-site staff as needed.
• Maintain residents' files per company standards.
• Foster a positive living environment with prompt conflict resolution.
• Manage the overall community budget and finances.
• Collaborate with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals.
