Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our apartment communities, focusing on exceptional resident service while maximizing revenue. You will report to the Regional Manager and lead a team of leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily apartment industry.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent computer, verbal, math, and reasoning skills.
• Knowledge of property management software such as Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, Resman.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and maintain competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders, move-ins, and maintenance requests.
• Oversee the lease renewal process, negotiate lease terms, and maximize resident retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze financial performance.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
