DMA Companies—a boutique real estate firm headquartered in Austin, TX—seeks an experienced onsite property leader for a new affordable housing community in Houston. You will drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction while overseeing budgets, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in multifamily real estate, experience with affordable housing, and proficiency with AppFolio, Microsoft Office, and related tools.

Formación

• 4+ years in multifamily real estate
• Experience with affordable housing
• PBV experience a plus
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Experience using office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.)
• Experience with AppFolio, BlueMoon/Redbook, Microsoft Office, TDHCA, Dropbox, Paycor, and Zoom preferred

Responsabilidades

• Drive occupancy and renewals, revenue, resident satisfaction, and ensure community performs
• Oversee move-in/move-out processes and ensure tasks completed within 7 days
• Tour prospects and highlight unit features and area information
• Be a resource for residents with welcoming attitude and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with policy and inspection readiness
• Achieve financial targets through budget control and collections
• Meet with vendors and manage proposals and payables
• Lead onsite staff development with HR support
• Coordinate recruiting and training initiatives
