You will maintain the physical asset of multi-family housing properties, performing building systems upkeep, repairs, drywall work, painting, plumbing and electrical tasks, plus grounds care and snow removal.

Qualificações

• Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Available for after-hour emergencies as needed.
