Job summary

Lloyd Management in Hutchinson, MN is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical assets of multi-family properties. You will handle building systems maintenance, unit repairs, drywall, painting, and minor plumbing/electrical work.

Responsibilities include grounds care and snow removal, with opportunities for growth. Strong organizational skills and the ability to pass a background check are required, along with after-hours availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Available for after hour emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform building systems maintenance and repairs.
• Handle unit repairs and reconditioning.
• Repair drywall and perform painting.
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Maintain grounds, snow removal as needed.
