Job summary

Lloyd Management is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our New Ulm and Sleepy Eye properties. You will maintain building systems, perform unit repairs, and assist with ground care to ensure top-notch resident satisfaction.

The role requires some plumbing and electrical tasks, physical capability to lift up to 100 pounds, and availability for emergency calls. Competitive benefits are offered in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform building systems maintenance for multi-family properties.
• Carry out unit repairs and reconditioning, drywall, painting.
• Handle minor plumbing and electrical work and grounds care.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
