Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with iPad and mobile devices.
• Excellent and professional communicator.
• Team-oriented with quality service mindset.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Capable of standing and working ~8 hours daily.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with good follow-through.
• Attentive to detail and adheres to standards.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance on apartments for move-ins and turnovers.
• Completes work orders within 24 hours.
• Maintains common areas for safety and appearance.
• Ensures resident satisfaction with quality repairs.
• Follows specific safety guidelines.
• Repairs and maintains unit appliances, HVAC, and building systems.
• Maintains grounds and common areas free of debris.
• Complies with Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations.
• Performs other tasks as directed by supervisor or manager.
