Lloyd Management in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to care for multi-family properties in the Cokato area. You’ll perform building systems maintenance, unit repairs, drywall work, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks to keep our communities safe and comfortable.
