Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily upkeep at The Pointe at Lake Murray. You will perform on-site maintenance, assist with make-ready tasks, and ensure resident safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing preventive and routine maintenance, and keeping accurate logs. This on-site role requires reliability, teamwork, and adherence to OSHA guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive, routine, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready processes and unit inspections.
• Maintain safety logs, EPA/OSHA records, and inventory.
• Support on-call emergencies and uphold property policies.
