Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Pointe at Lake Murray in Little Mountain, SC. The technician assists in corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site attendance, responding to work orders, pool maintenance, grounds inspection, and safety-compliant record-keeping. Housing-related safety rules and OSHA standards apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintenance/repair tasks for common areas and units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and keep accurate records.
• Assist with make-ready process and safety procedures.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage at the community.
