Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Pointe at Lake Murray. You will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance, and support make-ready tasks under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Daily on-site work, respond to resident/management requests, perform pool maintenance, inspect facilities, and help manage inventory and records. This is a safety-sensitive role with on-call emergencies; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist in the scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Participate in unit inspections as requested.
