Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician at The Pointe at Lake Murray. You’ll help perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, and assist with make-ready tasks under supervision to support property goals.

Daily tasks include responding to work orders, maintaining common areas, ensuring safety, and assisting with inspections and inventory. This role requires on-site attendance and reliable transportation for on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready processes to meet property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly for common areas, buildings and units.
• Maintain safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and properly stocked maintenance shop.
