Job summary

INH Property Management Inc. is seeking a full-time, mid-level Maintenance Technician to care for multiple apartment communities in the Saint Cloud area.

You will perform grounds upkeep, painting, drywall, plumbing and electrical tasks, and respond to resident work orders with professionalism. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, strong time management, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Time Management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry.
• Working knowledge of plumbing.
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Miscellaneous Maintenance.
• Grounds upkeep and snow removal.
• Interior painting.
• Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable.
• Responding to work orders in a timely manner.
• Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests.
• Work as a team to ensure apartments are ready for all move-ins and maintain our communities to the highest standard.
• All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents.
• Cleaning/Maintaining common areas.
