Equity Real Estate Management is seeking a motivated maintenance professional to inspect, repair, and maintain multifamily properties in Rapid City, SD. The role includes completing unit make-readies, overseeing contractors, and ensuring safety and compliance across grounds and buildings.

You will address emergencies, perform mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs, and uphold high service standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this on-site

Formación

• Must read and write English fluently.
• Strong math skills for basic calculations.
• Able to read schematics or manuals.
• Wamiliarity with basic property maintenance concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and maintain property, buildings and equipment to keep them safe and attractive.
• Organize and complete unit make-readies and service requests promptly.
• Supervise contractors and vendors for on-site tasks.
• Ensure grounds and structures are functional and safe; inspect regularly.
• Address emergencies (sewer backups, floods, lighting issues) and notify the Property Manager.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear at all times.
• Manage inventories of supplies and tools with approval from Property Manager.
• Maintain and label hazardous materials and keep required records.
• Assist with disturbances and other on-site emergencies during business hours.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and safety/industry seminars.
