Equity Real Estate Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain and repair residential properties. The role requires performing make-readies, safety inspections and coordinating with contractors to keep units and grounds in good condition.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer-service orientation and the ability to read English fluently. On-site work with opportunities to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Experience maintaining multifamily residential properties.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical, electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Comfort with basic data entry and reading/understanding blueprints or diagrams.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and maintain property, buildings and equipment in a safe condition.
• Organize and complete unit make-readies and service requests per standards.
• Supervise and ensure satisfactory performance of contractors and vendors.
• Ensure grounds and units are functional, safe and presentable.
