Job summary

Allegiant-Carter Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Adrian on Riverside property in Macon, GA. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain units and common areas, perform make-readies, and coordinate with vendors to keep the property in excellent condition.

The role requires physical stamina, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license; HVAC/CPO certifications are a plus. Excellent safety and resident-service mindset are essential, with on-call rotation including weekends

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
CPO certification desired.
HVAC certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair defects on the property as per policies and safety standards.
Complete make-ready process: inspections, punch lists, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Access materials from maintenance shop and track inventory; notify re-ordering needs.
Document work orders accurately and on time for proper tracking and closure.
Assist in groundskeeping and general cleaning of common areas and amenities.
Periodically inspect contractor work to ensure quality and standards.
Follow safety trainings and report accidents promptly.
Provide courteous customer service and address resident inquiries and concerns.
Identify safety and risk issues during inspections and communicate them to management.
Maintain availability for on-call shifts including nights and weekends.
