Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced multi-family apartment maintenance tech to uphold the physical integrity of our properties. You will respond to work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and help keep common areas clean and safe while delivering professional service to residents and vendors.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA HVAC certification and plumbing experience are preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
• EPA HVAC certification and plumbing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Maintains property grounds and common areas.
• Performs preventative maintenance and make-readies.
• Keeps shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Assists in emergency coverage with team members.
• Demonstrates professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.
