Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of our multifamily properties. This role focuses on completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and keeping common areas safe and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. EPA HVAC certification is preferred, and the position may involve on-call nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible on-call nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make readies.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service skills with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
