Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of the apartment community.
• Maintain all necessary equipment at the property.
• Perform resident service calls promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct daily inspections of the property and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on necessary items.
• Report and communicate maintenance needs to the Property Manager.
• Assist in inventory of parts and supplies.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA standards are followed.
• Utilize work order systems and update task statuses.
• Occasionally rotate after-hours on-call duties.
