Job summary

Investors Management & Marketing (IMM) in Springfield, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle daily maintenance of the apartment community. The role is full-time and on-site, with responsibilities including repairs, inspections, and resident service calls.

You will manage work orders, coordinate with the Property Manager, and follow OSHA safety guidelines while maintaining inventory and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall daily maintenance of the apartment community.
• Perform resident service calls promptly and efficiently.
• Performs daily inspections of the property and mechanical equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance on necessary items.
• Report and communicate any maintenance needs to the Property Manager.
• Utilize work order systems for assignments and close out tasks.
• Be aware of OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Rotating after hours on-call duties when assigned.
