Job summary

Atlantic Housing Foundation in Titusville, FL seeks a Service Technician for Windover Oaks to oversee property maintenance, perform repairs, and manage make-ready projects under supervision.

Responsibilities include grounds keeping, amenities upkeep, and responding to on‑call emergencies. Qualifications: High school diploma, 2+ years maintenance, EPA 608 certification, valid license, ability to lift 50 lb, and English proficiency. Must be able to climb ladders and work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 2+ years of multi-family or commercial maintenance experience (preferred).
• EPA Sec 608 Certification – Type I/II or Type Universal (required).
• Familiar with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and make-ready processes.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the physical property, general maintenance repairs and make-ready projects for the apartment community.
• Perform grounds keeping and onsite amenities upkeep; respond to on‑call emergencies.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws and OSHA regulations under supervision of Lead Technician and Community Manager.
• Move through the community, climb ladders as needed and participate in maintenance tasks as required.
