Job summary

Lynd Management Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the on-site team, drive property performance, and ensure exceptional resident experiences at a multifamily property in Pittsburgh. The role oversees leasing, budget execution, vendor coordination, and reporting to owners.

Two to three years in property management and strong knowledge of Fair Housing requirements are preferred, with CAM credential plus local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related property management experience.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.
• Knowledge of multifamily operations, leasing, budgeting, and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site team and manage property operations.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy, collections, and resident retention.
• Monitor budget, revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
