Lynd Management Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property's maintenance team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on directing service requests, preventive maintenance, and inspections to keep the property running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in multifamily or facility maintenance, plus EPA Type III or Universal and Certified Pool Operator certifications. On-site leadership, strong communication, and readiness for on-call duties are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in multifamily, facility, or mechanical maintenance.
• EPA Type III or Universal certification required; CPO certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and develop the maintenance team.
• Prioritize service requests, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect property systems and coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Manage on-call schedule and after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain safety, logs, and inventory; ensure OSHA compliance.
