Job summary

TDIndustries is seeking a motivated Multifamily Project Manager Intern to join our team for a Summer 2027 Internship in Dallas, TX. This hands-on program provides exposure to planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale projects from inception to completion.

You will shadow experienced project managers, gain business acumen in estimating, bidding, contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and budgeting, and participate in site visits and project team meetings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced project managers to observe and participate in tasks that ensure successful project initiation, management, and completion.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities from inception to completion.
• Attend site visits and participate in project team meetings to understand on-site operations and coordination.
• Review project drawings, assist with estimating/budgeting, and support procurement processes.
