Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related construction experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to utilize DRH Construction applications on smart devices.
• Solid knowledge of construction management theory and software.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with Project Manager and Superintendent to meet cost and schedule targets.
• Obtain permits and ensure contracts, insurance, and bonds are current before work begins.
• Prepare meeting agendas and distribute minutes to the project team.
• Assist in maintaining overall project schedules and bid/contract documentation.
• Review drawings and specs to identify long lead items and critical paths.
• Draft and track RFIs, submittals, and deliveries of materials.
• Collect daily reports and safety documentation; flag deficiencies to PM.
• Monitor budget line items, change orders, and invoices for cost control.
• Prepare punch-lists and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with field team and stakeholders to support decision making.
• Travel overnight as required and work overtime as needed.
