Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management and estimating experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Visit and inspect projects to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Assist in preparing construction schedules and evaluating vendors.
