Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Multifamily-Superintendent WA to lead on-site construction of multifamily projects, ensuring on-time delivery, safety, and quality in compliance with company standards.

The role requires extensive supervisory experience across large-scale multifamily and commercial builds, excellent coordination with trades, and proficiency with project management tools. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between communities are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in large multifamily and commercial projects.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license; willing to drive between communities.
• Proficient with DRH Construction apps on devices (phone/tablet/laptop).
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Project software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project site and arrange temporary facilities.
• Conduct preconstruction meetings with critical trades.
• Plan, coordinate and manage day-to-day activities to meet schedule, quality and budget.
• Monitor project safety and enforce standards.
• Prepare and conduct all onsite subcontractor meetings.
• Schedule inspections with local officials and re-inspections as required.
