Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the multifamily portfolio under the General Manager.
• Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance (NOI).
• Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of staff.
• Coordinate facilities management, contracts, and vendor relations.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Interfaces with central processing team for accounting-related activities.
