Clarity, LLC. seeks a Portfolio Analyst to support a multifamily real estate investment portfolio across the investment lifecycle, including financial analysis and investor reporting. The role collaborates with senior leadership to drive strategic planning and growth.

Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of building robust financial models in Excel while communicating complex findings through professional presentations and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in real estate investment, development, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Knowledge of multifamily real estate investments, underwriting, and portfolio management.
• Experience building complex financial models in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing professional presentations and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience underwriting multifamily development or value-add investments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare investor presentations, investment memoranda, and other materials supporting fundraising and client communications.
• Monitor portfolio and property performance through financial analysis, variance reporting, and market research.
• Maintain and enhance financial models to support portfolio management, liquidity planning, and investment decision-making.
• Produce quarterly and annual investor reporting, investment summaries, and operational analyses.
• Assist with annual budgeting, asset planning, and strategic portfolio initiatives.
• Support advisory committee meetings, board meetings, and other investor-related activities through financial analysis and presentation preparation.
