Responsibilities

• Support for senior staff in maximizing investor returns across a multifamily portfolio.
• Conduct research and financial analysis of assigned assets to inform decisions.
• Report on property performance and evaluate risks on P&L statements and budgets.
• Provide general customer service to clients and related contacts.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly portfolio reports.
• Accompany Asset Manager on site visits to portfolio assets.
• Handle special projects as needed.
