Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in real estate investment, development, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Knowledge of multifamily real estate investments, underwriting, and portfolio management.
• Experience building complex financial models in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing professional presentations and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience underwriting multifamily development or value-add investments is preferred.

• Support advisory committee meetings, board meetings, and other investor-related activities through financial analysis and presentation preparation.
