Job summary

Preiss is seeking a dedicated painter for Colonial Village in Lincolnton, NC. The role involves applying paints and finishes to buildings and units, preparing surfaces, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while supporting resident satisfaction.

You will work as part of the maintenance team under supervision, handling touch-ups, safety protocols, and coordination with the Property Manager to meet community standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply finishes to buildings, apartments, common areas, amenities, or other structures including primers and sealers.
• Prepare surfaces by washing, filling holes and sanding until smooth on walls, cabinets, siding, and other surfaces.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; set up ventilators and safety equipment as needed.
• Review work orders and complete assigned painting tasks in occupied units when required.
• Match paint colors for touch-ups and small projects; manage supplies and inventory to avoid overstock.
