Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Painter to maintain the interiors of a diverse residential portfolio. You will paint interior spaces, attend to resident requests, and help keep vacant homes ready for occupancy.

Responsibilities include routine painting, drywall touch-ups, on-call service, safety compliance, and reporting through standard systems. The role requires one+ year painting experience and a valid driver’s license where applicable, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ related painting experience.
• Beginning level understanding or experience in interior painting and use of paint related tools such as paint sprayer and various hand tools.
• Effectively communicate and interact with co-workers, managers, vendors or residents sufficient to exchange or convey information and to give or receive work orders.
• Basic computer skills (able to operate mobile device, PC).
• Must be available regular on-call work assignments/ emergency calls and work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime as applicable.

Responsibilities

• With general guidance, performs routine painting of the interior of a variety of building. Must possess general knowledge of paint types and equipment used in painting.
• Completes resident-requested repairs that include drywall repair and touch ups within the required timeframe (24 hours).
• Completes maintenance work on vacant homes within WBPC.
• Performs On-call service requests and emergency calls as required.
• May participate in routine inspections (including QC, move in, etc.).
• Performs general painting of common areas, maintenance shop, community centers, District offices.
• Maintains and updates all assigned service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• Demonstrates safe use of standard hand and power tools; follows OSHA safety regulations.
• Understands and follows safe work practices for painting projects including Confined Space Entry, hazardous chemicals, PPE, Ladder Safety, Elevated work.
• Routine painting of home interiors and WBPC painting of common areas.
